Bridgestone Tire’s TDS needed to expand their production. McGee Industries came up with a new location and ultimately constructed a 49,000 Sq. Ft. Facility provided to TDS on a long-term lease. From day one Bridgestone emphasized quality was of the upmost Importance and that is exactly what McGee Industries provided from pre-construction to the finished product. After 15 years Bridgestone tire just extended the lease for 10 more years. They like their home and the way McGee Industries takes care of them.

The new building featured a tire recap factory with huge electrical capacity, multi-bay service and repair shop, full height high hanger tire warehousing, and retail showroom and offices.
